Originally my insurance company chose Zenetec-Bayview Steels for my car repairs. My car was brand new before the incident so at first I was hesitant to let them fix my car however from the first visit I was treated with genuine care and I was informed of the repair process step by step by Mohsin. Also when I was in for signing forms and questions the ladies at the front desc were friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally on the day of picking up the car, the friendly general manager walked us out and made sure we are happy with the repairs. I strongly recommend this shop.

Brought my car last year to get repairs done after collision.

The work was done very well, within the timeframe quoted and very easy/smooth process.They also gave me back my car completely washed, cleaned and looking practically brand new! I was actually blown away with the cleaning that was done, I wasn’t expecting it but was so very thankful.

Had to come back today to have a small trim piece installed that was back ordered from Honda. And they did it super fast! Everyone was super nice and friendly and the office was very nice, neat and clean!

I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced here. The staff Johanna and Asdy were all very friendly and thorough in diagnosing the issue. They completed the work faster than I expected, and my car is running better than ever. I really appreciated the detailed explanations throughout the process, which made me feel confident in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future maintenance needs. First time with CSN Bayview Steeles and I'm so glad I brought my car to them. Just even upon arrival, their staff are so welcoming and friendly. Their communication throughout the whole process was very efficient. Received messages with updates on the status of my car, and which department it was currently in/going to next. I'd say their attention to detail is probably the cherry on top of this whole experience. Got my car back and it looked practically brand new! Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone in need of expert care and advice!

We went to this CSN Bayview Steeles body shop 3x, 2 of them covered by insurance and 1 of them our daughter paid herself. They did it on professional matter, everyone there is so friendly especially Balthazar Pisarek who handle the job so excellent and the reception lady who did the paperwork. We all satisfied with the results, today we get back the car looks and smell like a new car, they did an excellent job. Almost forgot to say that the price they charge is very reasonable. Thanks again for the excellent service. I highly recommended this body shop to everyone who need their car repaired.
