I’ve used this company twice to fix two separate collisions that my car was involved in. Both times they were amazing! Great customer service and quick to respond to emails or inquiries. They were quick to email me estimates for the repairs, and were accommodating to work with me and the company who damaged my car, no insurance company involved. They did an amazing job repairing my car both times I took it in.

Made a claim for the rust warranty on my Volkswagen and got the work done at Bemac Auto Body. The work that was done on my vehicle was exceptional and the service from the staff was excellent. Very friendly staff and super helpful when it came to any questions that I had or updates on the work. My biggest concern was that the colour match would be noticeable considering the car is 12 years old but to my surprise it looks great! I feel like I’m driving a brand new car again.

The staff at Bemac are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the quality of work was excellent. The staff on the phone were very knowledgable, kept me updated, and sought to get the work completed sooner than originally scheduled. When performing the work they went above and beyond. The cover for my EV port had fallen off (opposite side of the damages they were repairing) and they reattached securely without asking. They also returned the vehicle clean and with the inside vacuumed.

Being quite an experienced driver, I never had an accident of this magnitude. From start to finish, the team at Bemac was extremely professional. They took care of everything, understanding the clients needs and dealing with our insurance company consequently. They will put the client’s first! If you have the chance to deal with Louise, she’s such a gem! She will have the proper words to bring you a smile in the most stressful situation and she will manage your file like a boss!! The service team is A1. Looking at my car now, you’d never thought she’s been through a major accident. She’s like brand new!!! Thank you Bemac for everything :-)

Joe Frangione and his team at Bemac Auto Body did excellent work in repairing and restoring my beloved Audi A5 coupe which needed some TLC due to many winters of exposure to the elements. They did a meticulous job. These guys love cars and are perfectionists. They showed me photos of their repair work every step of the way and I am totally satisfied. Above all, integrity reigns supreme at Bemac - when Joe tells you something and provides an estimate, he means what he says and follows through. I know Bemac repairs many brands of cars and they do these all well but I especially like that they seem to love German ones!

We had our first accident that wrecked the front of my Ford F-150, she is my baby, I was so not prepared for anything that comes along with an accident.
But the best decision I ever made was using Bemac, all the staff I had interacted with were amazing but Louise was my life line she really put my nerves at ease she walked me through everything and followed up with me on everything.

This is my second time using Bemac's services, and as with last time, a five-star experience. They really ensure a seamless experience, especially if your service includes a car rental. Everything is set up, and they usually get your car fixed and ready ahead of schedule. To top it all off, they give your car a good overall check and clean up making it good as new!
