Yes, the whole process from the estimate to finally leaving the car for repair took several months, but they explained in the beginning that it's a long wait, so I was prepared. Went in, got the estimate, and then got the repairs done. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and the pricing was more than fair. All in all, very happy with my experience.
