Always kept in touch prior and during my whole repair situation. The staff were extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible for me. When I went to go pick up my car, the tech Sunny(sorry if I spelled it wrong) made sure to go over everything on my car and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. The ladies working inside made sure to have my rental vehicle prepared for me the day my car went in for repairs! After repair I had water leaking into my truck so I brought it back and they re- sealed the windshield. Leak was still there so I brought it back again and the put in a brand new windshield free of charge. Turns out my old windshield was warped and wouldnt hold its seal. Both times they gave a free loaner vehicle while they had my truck. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful every time. And the guys in the back did great quality work on my truck. I'm a mechanic myself so I'm very picky about others working on my vehicle. Would definitely bring a vehicle here again! Read less

I own two vehicles, one being my work truck that I use in the oilfield that has specialized equipment in it, and the other being my summer driving muscle car. And both of these vehicles have been taken to Herbers Auto Body in Leduc AB for very different types of repairs.

My first visit to Herbers Auto Body in Leduc Alberta was for my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 double cab All terrain. Now keep in mind this is my personnel work truck that is all decked out with oilfield stuff. I had my vehicle parked in a work parking lot over night as I was out on a job when some dummies decided that it would be a good idea to break into my truck and steal everything except for the change in the cup holder. That being said I had the back seat of my vehicle removed and had a industrial grade power converter, custom downward facing sub/work bench, amp, 2 way radio, and beacon light all bolted to my truck…... to make it all worse they cut all the wires rather than just pulling them out, so all the wires had to be re done. Not only that they scuffed and scratched the leather with their soiled shoes of mischief. The way they got into my vehicle was through the drivers side door by yanking the window down and breaking my window air cover…..
So long story short I had a bunch of custom stuff in my truck that is more than the typical vehicle and had it all done at like 4 different places, and had to get new leather seat covers installed. They took my vehicle in and did all the leg work and running around to get it all installed and looking like new. Making a not so good experience of my vehicle getting broken into, into a much less stressful time.

My second story is that I have a 2010 Ford Mustang GT with Lambo doors, custom decal and aftermarket parts on it. I had someone back up into my vehicle at a set of lights, damaging my front bumper….. but unfortunately I had all aftermarket parts with a chin spoiler and decal on it. Not only that my car also had lambo door hinges making it a bit of a different car to enter and exit that can easily be damaged if you don’t treat them nicely. They handled my car as if it was a real Lambo or super car and ensured that they kept it safe during its time there. Also they did all the leg work and reinstalling of the aftermarket parts and decal on it.

For both of these times they have been super easy to book and set up times that worked for me, handled my custom vehicle needs, kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs, handled the insurance company, the rental car place is super close and they set it all up if you need it, and the quality of the repairs have been good as new and or better.
I work as an Industrial Coating Inspector, and my dad also works/Teaches the Industrial coating course as well is a red seal journeyman auto body mechanic. So between the two of us we are able to pick out issues with paint and repairs very easily if things are not done correctly with are super coating inspection vision eyes! And all has been done to a professional standard. And even if a person didn’t see something and noticed it later on, Herbers has a great warranty for their work!

Would recommend the use of their services for all Automotive repair needs, internal and external, paint to lightbulbs Herbers got you not only covered with a new coat of paint, but also with quality workmanship.

also they offer very competitive prices for their work! so if you have to pay out of pocket you don't have to worry about being over charged.
