In short the overall service from all was absolutely fantastic. As well my vehicle is 10 years old and I was totally amazed ...... I sure would like to know what was used to clean both inside and out. My car looked better than new.

I was having my driver door replaced at Herbers south in Edmonton and the entire process was painless and so easy. They took care of calling the car rental to pick me up, reception desk persons were very pleasant. My car was even done a day earlier than expected. Great service and my new car door is great!

CSN Herbers South Edmonton on Parsons road is truly top notch! Lottie is exceptional at updating while my car was worked on and made certain that any concerns/issues were promptly and efficiently dealt with, she took extra time to explain what was planned. Even Adrian to extra time to explain some mechanical work that was being done so I could understand. My car came back exceptional, the body work especially beautiful & shiny, a perfect color match, I’m so pleased! Jess was also fantastic, and she helped me decide to choose Herbers at the outset, explained the process and gave me the confidence over other options. Thank you Herbers, your work on my car and superior customer service far surpassed my expectations. You will always be my first choice!

I am very happy with my experience with CSN Herbers. They were very quick in fixing the roof moulding of my car. When it was time for pick up, my car looked very shiny! They cleaned/detailed the inside of my car too! It's also very convenient that they offer shuttle to transport us to and from the shop. The staff are very nice and friendly. Great Job everyone!

I have had many repairs done here (no I'm not a bad driver but people seem to enjoy running into me) and each repair has been done extremely well. I think that would be he case for many shops around the city however the staff here are absolutely wonderful. All of my needs were taken care of. From billing (or lack thereof), rental car and documentation, they we fast, on it and knew what was going on with my repair. Despite the inconvenience of having to deal with an accident and subsequent repairs, this was an extremely positive experience.

Great place for autobody repair. Paint match was great even without blending, work was done even faster than expected, they even found a way to save money from my original estimate. Staff are very helpful and friendly and very responsive through email or phone. I would definitely recommend this place!

Not only did they fulfill all their promises with excellent work, but they also added a nice touch by washing my car before returning it. I highly recommend them for their thorough and reliable service.

I was very pleased with the service. They were very helpful and accommodating when we had to postpone the repairs. As well the secretary managed to get us a rental car. We had booked one but when it was time to get it the rental location told us they didn't have any cars available.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and a pleasure to deal with you!

Had our Honda pilot rear end damage repaired at Herbert's south. Absolutely fantastic repair. All the people I dealt with at this location were great, so helpful. Made it easy for me to drop off and pickup the vehicle on a Saturday, afterall who's wants to take a day of work just to drop off and pickup a vehicle. I have had excellent work done by them in the past and although we live 150 km from the facility it was well worth the drive. I wouldn't use anyone else given the choice. Great job Herbers.
