But overall, Dale and the team were great. Communication of car while it is being fixed was fine also. After the repair, we noticed some issues with the interior and tire leak, which we took to the shop and was fixed the same day.

I had various quotes prepared at body shops in the South. I was impressed with how my Repair Planner, Jason, at Herbers went through everything with me when we did the initial review of the damages. So I decided to go with Herbers. I am glad I did! When I got the car back (1 day earlier than projected) it looked better than when the car was new!
