SIM is really a nice guy. From the beginning of our interaction he was very friendly and help to make me feel comfortable. He arranged everything for me including my rental and I really appreciate the service I received from RSK COLLISION. A month or so ago I'd an unfortunate incident with my Kia Sportage in the underground garage hitting a concrete pillar while parking. There was damage to the rear passenger side door and the wheel trim. I Googled for a auto body shop close by to me and found CSN RSK Downtown and after reading the reviews on the business I booked an appointment to take the vehicle in for an estimate. I was met by Sim who quickly provided me with a detailed estimate of the work to be done and indicated how long the repair process would take. Throughout the repair process Sim, Jasmin and the rest of the family (including Archie their dog) provided continuous and friendly updates on the work to be done and it's completion. They provided wonderful, professional customer service and I would highly recommend Si, Jasmin and their business to anyone who requires collision/accident repair work to be done. The work was done on time, billed as quoted and my vehicle was returned to me looking brand new as they courteously had washed and detailed without any additional charge. Sim and his team are a delight to deal with. No one’s ever happy to deal with an accident or getting body work done but CSN RSK was transparent and helpful during the entire process. I felt their prices were fair, and they did a great job explaining what was necessary/recommended. Would definitely return for future paint/body needs.

Sim and his team were fantastic from the very beginning. They were very polite and professional and explained everything from start to finish. They didn’t even mind when I called them earlier than expected for the repair to check the status of everything. Great people there and would recommend them to anyone. Especially those that own a Tesla. They didn’t even mind when the work was done a day early and I insisted on coming early to pick up the car because of my availability and they rushed to wash the car so I was able to do so.

I decided to call CSN RSK at the recommendation of a friend after an unfortunate incident involving my rear bumper and a telephone pole.

From the first phone call, I felt confident we were in good hands. I was helped through the process by Sim who was always calm, professional, and courteous. They made the whole process easy and stress free (at least - as much as could be, dealing with a collision...).

The work done on our vehicle was finished 2 days earlier than the estimated completion date and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that, in addition to the body work, CSN RSK also washed and detailed our car to leave it shiny af. Looked like we had just bought it!

Hopefully I don't need to use their services again but if I ever do, I'll go back to CSN RSK in a heartbeat.
