Repairs were done within a week, and the car is looking brand new following the work they have done.

I just have to say that I was so lucky that my insurance referred me to RSK! My first contact was Sim and from the get go he was professional, accomodating, kind and empathethic. He left me feeling assured that my car would be taken care of well.

The biggest issue was the 1 month wait for parts, though that's on the manufacturers rather than RSK.

Even dropping my car off for repairs was a breeze and Sim accomodated my schedule early in the morning. He even dropped me off at the Enterprise to grab my rental!

They gave me a 5 day timeline that ended up being 2 days and despite only being able to pick up the car after hours, Jasmine and Sim were kind enough to meet up me to facilitate pickup! I got my car back with the rear bumper looking brand spanking new and I'm so happy to have my baby back.

Truly 5 star service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Read less
