He took the headache out of a frustrating experience with my insurance company and worked with me every step of the way, explaining and educating me on the steps to repair the damage to my Tesla including walking through the issues and notifying me when the parts arrived. He worked with my schedule and was very accommodating. The turn around time to have my vehicle back to me was very fast.
