(First review, June 2020) I had some recalls that needed to be done, and I was able to walk in and inquire all about the process. Their staff are very friendly and courteous. Thank you for the work that you do!
EDIT (June 24th, 2020): I have to modify this review as I'm not quite happy about what happened. Shortly after these recalls were done, I encountered an issue with my SYNC software, and figured that maybe something happened with it during the recall process. Turns out it was "just a coincidence" that the software didn't work and I had to pay their "standard $120 / hr" diagnostic fee. I ended up being told that the software update was available and that I would've been able to do it myself. Upon researching the software version, I found that the software version was the same version, NOT a new update. I couldn't even download the software version myself because the Ford website wouldn't allow me! If I ever get another vehicle, I'll make sure it's NOT a Ford!
