I really like the online booking features that CSN elite offers. It’s hard to find a place to get your car in for repairs quickly and I was able to book online and be seen right away. The staff was extremely friendly and got the work done quickly and efficiently on my vehicle. I appreciated the extra little touches like offering me a cold drink while I waited for the initial estimate, a nice clean office space and text messages rather than phone calls about my appointment. Read moreThey came recommended to my from the dealership after my regular one was unable to even give me an estimate for 2 weeks. They saw me right away and gave me an estimate by the end of the day. I liked the estimate and they were able to book me in the following week. I just got my car back and it looks like new again. They kept me up to date with regular updates, which I appreciated.
