If I could give 10 stars, I would! They are fast, thoughtful and kind, and the customer service is outstanding. I came in for a new windscreen thru ICBC (winter tires were inside my car to be installed soon). I left with my summers in the back, my winters installed, auto body was buffed and polished, removing several scuffs(!) and the inside nice and clean too. The complimentary Uber service to/from was greatly appreciated. Amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend CSN Elite.

I bought my car into be repaired after reading the google reviews and experiencing their service about a year ago with my other car.
We had been rear ended and the tailgate and bumper needed replacement. The Chrysler white for that vehicle has 3 different shades and is difficult to match. The initial repaired colour was a little off compared to the rest of the car. After meeting with the manager Dave he said to leave it with him and he would resolve it.We returned 4 days later to find the paint matched perfectly and they had detailed the entire van. It looked fabulous!
I would highly recommend Elite express Collision to anyone that cared about having their car returned to its pre accident condition. Excellent service.

After my car got broken into and a window smashed I needed a glass repair shop. I found CSN Elite Xpress Collision Centre in the ICBC website. They were close to me so I called and got an appt first thing the next morning.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with their service. They were friendly,polite, attentive, lived up to all the promises and timelines and kept me informed throughout the process both during the initial assessment and the final installation.
Service with a smile every step of the way.

It was an excellent experience for us. Amin, the estimator, was very professional and answered all of our questions with outstanding customer service. They maintained regular communication, keeping us informed about our car’s status throughout the process. They efficiently handled ICBC claims and paperwork and completed the trunk repairs thoroughly with a perfect color match. Additionally, they provided a courtesy car with an easy and quick pick-up and drop-off process with the reception lady. I highly recommend their services!

I brought my car today at 11:00 am for estimates. Passenger side moulding and chip on the windshield needs to be fixed. They told me to leave the car and they will be able to fix it today . Around 12:45 pm., I got a message that my car is ready to go. I was impressed on how fast the service is and the staff were very friendly and helpful . I will definitely recommend their business.

I was searching for a shop that was willing to paint body kit parts, and the desk crew gave me a phone number to text them the picture of the parts. They were quick to respond and invited me to visit the shop to check the parts and match my car’s body paint. I met the techs in person and were honest that the color of the paint is not something that they use because it’s not a generic paint. Long short story, they were able to match the paint of my car and did a terrific job. Quality of their work is outstanding. Will come back again to this shop for my future parts painting and recommend to my friends and family.
