Great service, friendly and enthusiasm staffs, reliable auto body shop. 2 weeks ago, I hit the pick up truck when the heavy snow happened, my front bumper car has damaged, the left headlight broken, the hood was dented. However, when I send my car to them. Everything has been fixed nicely. They also clean everything inside my car.
My car looks nice and perfect now.

Too many positive reviews?

You know when you start reading reviews and you start to second guess it cause there's too many positive reviews?

Don't second guess this place.

It's worth your energy and the drive if it's local OR it's not a local body shop/collision center for you.

Remember the lines, "It's worth the drive to Acton." Well sub "Acton" for "CSN Independent."

The work that was completed for me was 100% satisfactory / above and beyond.

In my case the work was done perfectly - proper spacing between panels/bumpers, paint matching, final delivery... but what stood out is the remarkable customer service from Vikki... 👍

The honesty and transparency of this shop made a typical bad experience (an auto collision of course), come out with a positive experience from a repair perspective at least.
