Read moreI received my truck back from an insurance claim, it took some time but I eventually had an abs sensor fault. I looked at the corresponding wheel and saw that the harness was left unclipped, dangling from the wheel liner, the tire rubbed the insulation on the wires and faulted the circuit. I went back to them, and they agreed to make it right but they said they would have to order the part and call me when they had it. I haven't heard from them again. They also cracked the clear plastic on my dash and one of my headlight circuits is shorted out, my truck was fairly new before all this and nothing had ever been taken apart up until Keiser's worked on it.

All people that I dealt with were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Communication was excellent! At all times, through phone calls or texts, I knew what was going on with my car. Drop off and pick up were easy and they made use of rental car very convenient. The finished work on my car is excellent. I should point out what a great detailing job was done - even my winter mats were clean. In every way, I am pleased with the work done by Kaizers and I highly recommend this body shop. Well done! Had an estimate done here for my 2014 ram 2500 front bumper after a CAA towing contractor damaged it. A good solid and accurate estimate was provided.

My vehicle was returned much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Communication is ideal and the text updates are appreciated. Keizer's even got a feature operating on my vehicle that even the dealer hadn't been able to figure out when i purchased the car. The staff was so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and everything was done on time. The quote was bang on. I never had to wait for anything. They even had my rental car ready to go when I got there and took it back when I returned it. All paperwork was taken care of and a daily message was sent on the progress! I couldnt have been happier. And a huge shout out to Kyle who walked me through all the decision-making along with doing an amazing job fixing my car. He is the best! Excellent service, dropped off for estimate was very fast! Scheduled appointment to have repairs completed on arrival the Enterprise rental was available and went on my way! They even detailed my car!
