It took a few months to schedule the appointment, but that was not an issue as the damage did not impact the drivability. Once the appointment was scheduled, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions, and they offer a courtesy vehicle while yours is in the shop. The only downside was that they told me the repair would take 3 or 4 days, but it took 24 days. Read less

Paint match was perfect and the box and tailgate line up and close perfectly. While CSN Kelowna Performance had my truck, they took care of the details putting in a new windshield which was not part of my accident claim. When I picked up my truck, the interior was absolutely spotless. I was updated throughout the whole process and the truck was ready on time when they said it would be.
