Had ~$17,000 worth of hail damage repaired here a few years ago and was very impressed with the work and the service. I recall one hiccup upon inspection, but I flagged it to the manager and it was fixed right away.

Recently returned with some concerns about other paint issues and they did some complimentary touch-ups for me! Very impressed.

Really like the staff too. Steven, who I believe is a manager, always took the time to walk me through the work and was responsive to my inquiries. He's also been working there at least seven years.

Would highly recommend this shop.

CSN took care of our vehicle after a collision. They were reccomended by our insurance as a top repair shop. Everyone we spoke to was very professional. We had a couple snags with communication and not receiving updates when committed, but they did everything they could to complete the repairs and return our vehicle on the date promised. They did an amazing job on the repairs and our vehicle looks seamless and brand new again!

Back in 2023 I brought my truck to CSN Lou’s after I was rear-ended. Steven took amazing care of me on the phone and in-person. He gave me great advice throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance.

Then again in 2025 I needed to have my truck fixed and they helped me through the entire process. Jerry was incredibly helpful and always available for guidance. And they did amazing work on my truck. Could not be more satisfied.

I would HIGHLY recommend visiting for anything related to autobody or accidents.

Instead of jumping straight to the expensive $900 part replacement I was convinced I needed, Jerry actually took the time to walk me through different options. He found a smart alternative, saved me a ton of money, and treated me like a person, not just a walking debit card.

I am very happy with the way damage to my car was handled by Steve Dupont and his staff. I was sceptical at first because I simply was not sure of how they would repair it and if they could and he proved me wrong. It was worth the wait, even though at times I became anxious and worried. In mid 2024 our car was significantly damaged in a Calgary hail storm and because of a great previous experience with CSN Lous autobody we chose to have them do this new repair. The immediately ordered the parts but due to the time of year and number of vehicles that had been damaged it took nearly 5 months to get the parts from Nissan and get our car in for the repair to be done.

The leadership and repair Staff at CSN Lous were nothing short of incredible. They provided a repair timeline and made sure we were shuttled to the rental place where we were given a comparable vehicle for the 45 day repair time frame.

Two days before the vehicle was to be ready Lous reached out to provide us with an update and as promised had the car ready to go on the agreed date. The car looked brand new and the staff at CSN Lous also detailed the car inside the car as well. Frankly it had not looked that good since I first began driving it. I have used auto detailers that do not do as good a job as was done by the body shop personnel.

To add icing on the cake, the manager phoned me a couple days after I had picked up the car just to make sure everything was repaired correctly and that I was satisfied. The customer care and service was truly exceptional and the repair perfect. I would highly recommend CSN Lous to anyone needing autobody repairs.

So pleased with the repair that Lou’s completed. You can’t tell there was ever damage to my vehicle, and they caught things that would have voided my warranty. Highly recommend them for repairs to luxury brands.
