Recently I took my wife's car in to have a couple scrapes repaired - marks put their by people backing out of parking stalls and letting their bumpers rub against our car. Jerry took a look and said give us a half hour and we'll fix it no charge. Fix it they did and it looks brand new - with no charge. I suspected I needed to replace my power steering pump and fluids. Steven and his team were able to inspect my vehicle within a week of calling and provided me a quote for serves there after. When asked, he provided me his professional recommendation to replace the part or not and did not pressure me anyway. I decided given the kilometres driven it would be good maintenance to complete the replacement now. The services were completed timely that day and at the price quoted. The team also test drove my vehicle to ensure everything was in working order. The front office was very clean and well kept as was the shop from what I could see. They had a driver available to return me home after I dropped off my vehicle and to pick me up if needed too. As more than just an accident repair shop, I will definitely return to CSN Lou’s for future vehicle work and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a shop yourself. Read less
