I will start this by saying, I am not a review person I don’t like filling out surveys or giving customer feedback.
At the end of June one of the worst days of my life took place. My car is very important to me and while it was parked in a safe place it was smashed by a hit and run. Now starts the process of getting it fixed and me thinking it will not be fixed right or maybe not the best quality. I contact Paul at neighborhood and expressed my concerns. This guy went over the top and back to make sure I was fully informed, up to date, and eased my worries about the repair. The only hold up was waiting for parts which they do not have control over. When I got my car back I could not be happier they did some car show quality work. It looks great and they deserve all the 5 star reviews. I'm a toddler mom and sometimes I struggle to keep my vehicle clean. When I picked up my car, not only did they fix the outside of my car they detailed my whole interior of my car !! We discussed options to properly repair the damage and he suggested a lower-cost alternative that better suited my needs, even though it meant no business for him. I was blown away by the excellent communication of when parts would arrive and throughout the repair to update me on the progress.

They has an awesome courtesy car that actually saved me money on my commute and parking it was a nice break from parking a full size truck.

Upon receiving my truck back, I was shocked at how good it looked! They cleaned the whole thing inside and out and it looked better than new!

If you are looking for an easy and stress free collision repair, Neighbourhood Auto Body should be you first choice.
