The folks were fantastic to deal from the beginning of the process thru to the end. Very professional and friendly! They sent regular updates to keep me informed on how repairs were progressing and even helped navigate insurance questions. When my vehicle was complete, they took the time to review all the repairs that were made at the time of pick up. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle leaving it looking clean and smelling fresh!

The staff at the Owen Sound location were nothing but professional and extremely helpful!!

I had 2 young kids with me and 2 car seats to switch into the rental vehicle, they made sure the vehicle I was going to be using was sent as my shuttle so I wouldn’t need to make that car seat switch more then once! They followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly with the rental, and when it was time to pick up my car again not only was the work done on it wonderful but they even cleaned the inside of the vehicle!

Phenomenal service. Literally the best vehicle body repair organization I have ever used. Immaculate facility, incredible customer service, excellent staff that completed the repairs perfectly. Everything including my temporary vehicle was already organized and ready when I dropped off the vehicle.

When I picked up my repaired vehicle it was like new. The exterior was polished and the interior was completely cleaned and detailed, it looked like a new truck.

Went above and beyond. I went to CSN Owen Sound for a small repair of my front fender. When I went to pick up my car, it looked better than the day I bought it. The interior and exterior of the car was cleaned and detailed. Blending/matching of the new fender was seamless. The technicians even used the extra paint to touch up any paint scratches/chips all over the car. I would recommend, and definitely go back if needed.

While in the states we had a car blow thru a stop sign and clip the side of my truck. CSN was who my insurance deals with and they did a great job, even replaced a headlight bulb that was out on my truck even though it wasn’t part of the accident. Great service and very happy with the results.
