Someone reversed into my front end of my car, CSN Uptown took in my car, dealt with the insurance and repaired it with all oem parts. The work was incredible. My car looks new again. They were friendly. FAST (repair took 9 days) and excellent communication. And they even detailed my car! Extremely happy and surprised with the level of service. My overall service experience here was one of great ease and convenience. Uptown Collision texted all scheduling and information relating to the repair process, which I really appreciated because I dislike phone calls. They detailed the exterior and interior, which was a pleasant surprise. They are also located within a short walking distance from a car rental place. And, yeah, they did a great job of fixing the damage (a car reversing from a parking spot backed into my front passenger wheel and dented the surrounding area); you'd never know it was hit.

As a bonus, I discovered there is also what claims to be "Canada's largest puzzle store" located next door, so that's nice if you like puzzles :)

Excellent end-to-end customer service from the front desk, to vehicle service and pickup. Staff were patient with our questions and follow up calls. They happily adjusted our headlights after pickup upon our request. Most importantly, the quality of work expected from a collision center was exemplar. Definitely recommended.

Outstanding customer service!!! Gordana and Dustin where very professional and personable. This "dynamic duo" kept me updated in regards to the repair status of my vehicle and where able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. They both where a pleasure to work with. I live on the opposite side of Milton & I come all the way here because quality of service is very important to me. The team at Uptown collision try there hardest to accommodate me, and resolve whatever issues I have. They have even gone as far as to help in regards to reserving a rental for me while my car is being repaired. Although, the rental is at my expense, with two young children, this is a major help. Uptown collision will continue to be my back up after my personal dealership because they are the only ones I've found where the quality level is up to par!
