Dear TD DRP Partner,
TD Insurance continues to place priority emphasis on the Mitchell Repair Status updates and they are monitoring usage on a monthly basis.
Please be advised that TD is now moving shops, who have demonstrated zero usage, to B status on their DRP Program. Moving forward, they will likely be taking action with other low usage stores unless significant improvements are seen. This may mean stores being downgraded to B or removed from the network completely.
