CSN Advance for Auto Body Repair in Victoria

Just got my vehicle back today and the quality of the repair service I received is just amazing. In addition to the repair, I got my vehicle cleaned (both interior and exterior) and I am very satisfied with the extra service provided.

During my first visit, I received personalized advice and suggestions while booking an appointment for an estimate.

After the estimation, I got a ride from the repair centre to enterprise where I picked up the rental vehicle. The cost was covered by insurance but they let me drive a vehicle that matched to the trim level of my own vehicle.

For the day my car was done with repair, I just had to drop the rental vehicle at CSN Advance and staff would bring the rental vehicle back to enterprise.

The service I received from CSN Advance in Victoria couldn’t have been better. The entire staff were knowledgeable, thoughtful and very helpful. The courtesy car I used was in very good condition and I received periodic phone calls to keep me apprised on the work being done. My car was repaired in a very timely manner and was returned to me looking brand new.
Needless to say, being in an accident, even when it isn’t your fault, is a very stressful event. I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience thanks to CSN Advance.

I can’t think of anything but positive things to say about CNS Advance. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional. I was provided with a courtesy car and the whole experience was seamless. My repaired, like new, vehicle was returned in record time and I was extremely grateful to have it back.

My husband got a quote for bumper repair, got an appointment time, had a very nice rental car during the repair, and he didn’t get cranky, grumpy or complain once! Everything was taken care of and arranged for him. I think that deserves lots of gold stars cause I didn’t get stressed out or have a grumpy husband.

I wanted to write and tell a quick story about some fantastic customer service I received from Garrett at CSN Collision. Unfortunately I dragged my truck along a dumpster at work which needed repair. There was a bunch of blue paint from the dumpster on my truck that I figured would be on my truck until I could get the scratches fixed. (i'm a neat freak and this was going to drive me crazy) When I arrived to book an estimate Garrett without being asked went out of his way to take my truck quickly into the shop and buff out the paint at no charge. You just don't see this type of service very often anymore. As a business owner myself these are the type of employees that make local business better! I will recommend CSN to anyone I hear needing auto repair. It's never fun damaging a vehicle, but service like this takes the stress away. All of the staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Thanks!

CSN Advance Victoria was beyond fantastic with our Audi repair. They were in regular contact with us and our insurance adjuster and ensured our experience was amazing!
