In a nightmare of insurance and car dealership bureaucracy in the wake of an accident, CSN was amazing. They did the work on time, they did it very well and they kept communicating with me through the process - unlike ANY of the others involved! They do great work and have an amazing front line staff - if needed, I would go back to CSN without hesitation and gladly send my friends as well.

Great customer care, they did a fantastic job with the bodywork that our car needed after a hit and run incident. The parking lot is easy to get into and out of the location is great compared to other shops.They also made the transition to the rental car smooth and easy and the direct billing to insurance was stress free. The ease of several forms of communication phone, emails and text was so helpful for my husband and I as we prefer different ways and both of us had no issues in the them getting back to us. The team at CSN responded quickly and friendly to any questions we had. They made us feel welcome and confident we had chosen the right place to do the repairs. Definitely recommend CSN Alliance. Although their quote was slightly higher then others I had got, I definitely think this was overall the best deal with all other things taken into consideration and the work speaks for itself.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Exceptional workmanship in repairing my car and they even cleaned the inside. When I got my car back in record time, my car had the fresh smell of a brand new car. Their customer service team was also outstanding. Both, Receptionist Courtney and Parts- consultant John, as well as the owner Arnold himself, were so caring that they felt like family. Courtney took the time to listen and each one took turn to assure me that they would make sure that I get back my car before an upcoming appointment for which I had waited for a year. They went beyond their call of duty to repair my car in just ten days which was remarkable. In short I trust CNS Alliance for their excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. I recommend them highly.
