Read moreHit a deer in Cold Lake as I was on my way home (Vernon BC) and was able to get my vehicle towed to Edmonton as they were on the list of facilities included with my insurance. I work in the automotive industry and have dealt with CSN in the past, locally. So I knew they would be great. They got my car and had it fixed in less then a week! (Took me extra time to fly to pick up my vehicle) I work Tuesday to Saturday so I could only get there to pick up the car on a Sunday when they are closed and they offered to have someone come in (on their day off) and pull the car out of their shop (which they kept locked up in every night) and have it waiting for me for after I landed. John was the guy who came to get my car out and was actually there waiting for me to make sure I got it. They went above and beyond to help me out and the quality of work is amazing. Read moreThese guys did an amazing job with a paint repair I had done a month ago. I was sent here by the car dealership to get some warranty work done on my rear quarter panel. My car is pearl white so it’s difficult to match this color to the rest of the car. I honestly can’t see any differences between the transitions of the surrounding panels. Shortly after I had the panel repainted I took my car to my regular detail shop to get a ceramic coating put on the new paint. This detail shop sees a lot of repair work from a lot of different shops. They were also very impressed with the work that was done on my vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Baseline Collision for doing such a great job! If I have any unfortunate issues with my car in the future regarding bodywork I will definitely be back! Read less

John and his staff are awesome! They do a fantastic job with autobody repairs and your vehicle is done right and in a timely fashion. Quotes are done very quickly and easily as well.

This place is Awesome, they were very friendly, efficient, prompt, cleaned my truck and sanitized. They even shuttled me home when I dropped it for body repairs. Highly recommended!!
