I’ve purchased several cars and trucks over my lifetime.

I had never been to Bay King but the moment I arrived, Matt in the sales department was super attentive and helped with finding the right vehicle for my needs. We ended up working out a deal with a trade in of my older van. After that Jocelyn in the office was super friendly with the appropriate paperwork getting me turned around from my old van to this newer one.

Great experience and thanks to the service team who made the transition seamless.

I will definitely go back again next time when I’m thinking about upgrading.

It can be difficult purchasing a vehicle in the winter cause the weather is unpredictable, but Rosie was very accommodating not only with allowing us to see the Jeep inside, but with my busy work schedule. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Great customer service and made purchasing my new Jeep a breeze.
