She booked me an appointment asap. When i arrived in the morning she greeted me with smile...I can tell you my anxiety was through the roof she made me feel safe. She listened to me and let me talk through what I thought the problem was. She ensured me that all would be GREAT and it would work out.

The shuttle driver was so kind and really put me more at ease as we drove to work. He than picked me up right when I asked never had such great service. I felt like I was part of a family.

When I picked up the car they went over everything with me ensured me not to worry if anything went wrong with the part it would be taken care of. Kate and the entire team who worked on on my 2018 Jeep Cherokee I felt so blessed to have you! You made a catastrophe in my mind not such a big deal.

To top it off not only did the Kate go above and beyond she also had them do an oil change and tune up well they were in there. I cannot thank the TEAM ENOUGH it BAY KING.

I also loved that Kate's manager even though he was on the way out took time to stop and talk to me (sorry I don't remember his name) THANK YOU 1000 times over KATE AND HER TEAM! Read less

We had done a lot of research of what we wanted, but didn't really know a lot about purchasing a vehicle! She answered all of our questions (no matter how silly they may have been) and made the entire process so easy, fun, and accommodating!

I highly recommend going to this dealership and if you're lucky enough to have Rosie help you out it is safe to say you are in GREAT hands. She will go over every detail with you, so you are confident in your purchase and is truly there to help you out. We never once felt pressured or rushed here, which was AMAZING! My third oil change was at 31,084. Bay King put a sticker on my windshield to come in for my next oil change at 41,084. I set an appointment prior to this mileage but they could not get my vehicle into the shop until today and my mileage was at 42,030. I was advised the oil change package expired at 40,000. Although the oil change package had expired, Bay King was willing to address the issue and the oil change honoured. I appreciate Bay King Chrysler's desire to work this out. Read less
