CSN Chatham: Auto Body Chatham

I was treat like a Family member when they helped me restore my 1968 Torino! I was so pleased and satisfied with the results I sent my Sister and all my Friends to them! They have my business for life!!!!!!

I originally took my Camaro in to have the rims painted. They noticed that my car had extensive hail damage that was hard to see with the untrained eye. They walked me through the process and what needed to be done. My Camaro looks brand new again! I would highly recommend CSN Chatham for a variety of services after my last two experiences.

Great experience each time I've been in. Friendly people that take the stress away of getting repairs done through insurance. Quality work! Hard to match white paint that's a few years old but they manage to make the vehicle look as if nothing happened to it!

I've got limited experience dealing with CSN Chatham, but my brief interaction with them affirmed all the great things I've heard and read. Here's my experience...

My brand-new car had a cosmetic defect in the metallic paint, fortunately in a small and less noticeable area on the interior side of my liftgate. I was considering going through the manufacturer's warranty and arranging for a paint repair to correct the cosmetic defect. Chatham Honda was ready to proceed with a warranty claim and have CSN Chatham perform the work, but I wanted to discuss it with the people at CSN Chatham first, to determine if it was worth it. I met with manager/estimator Annie Fields and senior paint technician Tom.

First, Annie and Tom were so patient, engaging, and personable that I felt like I had known them for years. I felt comfortable asking many questions, discussing my concerns, and ultimately letting them give their expert opinions.

Second, Annie and especially Tom suggested that I not do anything with the paint defect since it was cosmetic and simply not worth disrupting the original factory-applied paint among other things. This goes to show that CSN Chatham operates from a place of integrity and isn't just in the business for financial profit.

So, although my interaction with Annie and Tom was brief, it had a positive impact on me and left me feeling humbled by how kind, personable, engaging, and professional they were. No wonder CSN Chatham has so many great reviews.

Ryan Johnson and Chris Jones, you should be proud to own a company with such great people working for you. Perhaps I'll actually do business with CSN Chatham in the future, and you can be rest assured that I will recommend this location to whoever I can!

They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired and I was more then happy with their work.

The office staff I dealt with were more then fantastic and an absolute delight to talk with.

My vehicle interior was detailed wonderfully when I picked it up.

I was very impressed with CSN Chatham. Very understanding and very helpful. They were professional, approachable, answered emails and calls in a very timely manner. They explained everything thoroughly. Office was immaculate. Quality of the work done was excellent. They run a very organized office, and Annie and Cristina were a pleasure to deal with.
