When our vehicle was broken into we were able to get service from CSN Chatham straightaway. They were efficient, professional, and most importantly, they showed a lot of care and understanding about our situation. The excellent staff advocated for us with our insurance company (which, in this instance, did a fantastic job as well!) and made the rental arrangements for us which made our lives easy.

I had an accident with my practically new car (sigh) I don't normally write reviews unless the company has gone over and above or was terrible.
I'm happy to say that the team at CNS is top notch. The service was fantastic right from the start. The staff are personable, and knowledgeable.
I was uneasy about my car having to be repair, but it wasn’t long before they had my full trust. They did a fantastic job on my repair.
In my opinion a business’s personality starts at the top so I give loads of credit to the management team. Thank you so much and a special thanks to Annie I really appreciated you dealing with my first and hopefully my last accident.

I couldn’t be happier. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. The best of it was that they detailed the inside of my car. I hadn’t expected that. I’m an artist and I spend a lot of time combing the beaches and then making art with my finds. In other words, I work every day and put in long hours so my car was embarrassingly neglected. It was like Christmas morning when I saw the the inside of my car. I definitely recommend this auto body shop. 🙂

Do not hesitate to call CSN Chatham with any collision work you might require. I brought my Jeep in after an accident. Cindy went above my expectations when dealing with my insurance appraiser. She put me at ease and told me she was going to put the Jeep back together the way Chrysler built it. The appraiser was trying to weasel out of replacing safety items with after-market parts. Cindy assured me that wouldn't happen. I am completely satisfied with the finished work. Thank you CSN.
