Although we are in BC Brady was clear the warranty covers you regardless of where you are. Brady contacted the local CSN auto body shop and they had me bring the truck down and will get the repairs done once I can bring the truck in. They offered a temporary vehicle during the repairs and while we had family issues to deal with they said no problem. Call when we get back and they will get us booked in and the work completed. Between Brady’s helps and the CSN network, I’m over the moon that this will get resolved. The warranty and support reinforces why Cochrane Ford said to use these folks to start with. Bottom line, if you are unhappy, contact the manager and give them a chance to fix the issue or concern. The warranty is impressive and it alone is another reason to use CSN auto body locations. Thanks Brady, i called out your business without giving you a chance to see and fix the issue, you understood our circumstances and did a great job helping us out. 5 star ++ for the professionalism.
