Read moreOur vehicle was involved in a collision late on a Friday afternoon in Toronto and we wanted to bring it to Brampton. Cathy, of Collex, was willing to stay after hours to ensure our car was in a secure compound for the week-end. Carl kept us constantly updated on the progress and the fact some parts were back ordered. When we picked up the car it was as if it had never been involved in a collision. We did find the vehicle was a little out of alignment, but Carl had also explained the specs and provided us with a printout from the alignment shop he used. We took this information to our dealer who indicated that they thought they could correct the alignment using equipment dedicated to our make of vehicle. We spoke to Carl and he immediately took on the responsibility of contacting the dealership and made arrangements to get the problem corrected at no cost to us. Highly recommend this repair shop. I have a trained eye for paint defects, fits and clearances/gaps, and flushness, plus I have gap tools. Well I’ve had my vehicle home now for a few weeks, I’ve looked hard but can’t find anything wrong with the repair. I learned this week too that Karl visited my dealership to get Correct gap measurements for my vehicle, that’s professionalism to the highest. Karl was very helpful in explaining all the little details you wouldn't get from other places. Hes also very honest. Had the spare parts to fix sway bars on my car and went out of his way to explain that my current installed ones had life left.
