Continental is hands down the most professional and friendly auto body shop I have ever dealt with. We have a fairly large fleet of vehicles, including higher end imports. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else. Their work is flawless.

I was thoroughly satisfied with their service from start to finish. They were a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. They completed the work faster than originally anticipated and did a fabulous job - there is no way to tell there was ever any damage. And they even detailed my vehicle before I picked it up! I recently took my 2016 Honda Civic to my Honda dealership for a quote on some damage on multiple areas. I was quoted $7,500 for all of the damage to be fixed - which I suspected was reasonable at the time.

CSN Continental was recommended to me so I decided to take it in for an estimate. I was shocked when they estimated $3,700 for everything. So I immediately booked my car in for the repairs.

After the work was done, I ended up paying $3,500, as Anthony was able to find parts for much cheaper than having the entire door frame and side mirror replaced. I was originally told by Honda that this could not be done as they would need to replace the entire mirror and the door frame - which clearly wasn’t the case.

I was blown away by the work CSN did. My car looks brand new. It doesn’t look like the same car. They went above and beyond finding parts and they even had the interior of my car detailed without request. I cannot get over how wonderful this auto body shop! I will never go back to a dealership for any body work or repairs again. This is forever going to be my go-to shop. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Their care and attention was evident from the start and they did not disappoint. After a mishap with my Porsche I was left looking for a place to take care of my beloved car. I went to a few shops, and while the other places may be good, Anthony walked me through what they would do and the entire process. I was incredibly picky and nervous with it being my sports car, and being silver, worried about how the paint would turn out. The repair was fantastic and looks like new.

The work on my 2020 Jetta is beyond what I had imagined for craftsmanship. Colour matching was without flaw and the body looks as if it was brand new.

In addition to the kind service they did a full interior detail, this may be expected in customer service, but not to the thoughtful extent experienced at this location. The clutter I had in my trunk was neatly organized in a box, floor mats were deep cleaned and polished, and all my belongings were thoughtfully organized in a way that I could truly feel confident with the service they had provided.

Thank you again. You made a VW owner very happy again.
