One of the few shops in the lower mainland which will repair a vehicle more than 12 years old. They did a fabulous job - I can not tell that there was previously any damage to my vehicle. Actually, the car looks better now than it has in years.

This was like a return to how businesses used to treat their customers, in the best possible way. From initial phone call to get the car in, to getting it back in perfect condition took a week. They're responsive, efficient, cost-effective and totally customer-oriented. Hopefully we don't need a bodyshop again too soon but if we do we'll choose these guys in a heartbeat.

Mahesh Joseph is a true gem. His autobody shop, CSN Cosmos, knows the true meaning of honest end-to-end quality customer service. He executed an urgent and timely repair on the family 2009 CRV SUV.

Here is my experience with CSN Cosmos and the reasons why I recommend doing work at his autobody shop:

1. After setting an appointment, he did a full onsite high level overview of the damages to the CRV and provided a reasonable and agreeable assessment.

2. To ensure a swift turn around, he also liaised me with his Paint-less-Dent-Repair contact in Port Moody which resulted in a 24 hour turn around.

3. I then brought the vehicle in his care and he assured me that CSN Cosmos would do a complete removal of any rust, rectification of all damages, and a beautiful blended paint job so that the CRV would look like new.

4. My case was unique as I had to fly out in 2 weeks. Not only did he accommodate my schedule, he was able to exceed it and deliver my vehicle within 10 days.

I highly recommend CSN Cosmos for any body repair. They had great service and communication was always clear. They went above and beyond to help me fix my car, and did minor adjustments a week before even taking my car in to allow the front passenger door to work properly.

The entire process took two and a half weeks and they returned my car clean inside out.

Well , I can say only good things about CSN Cosmos and specifically to Joseph for the big professionalism , after the accident I sent the car to another auto body ,and in that auto body they declared the car total loss , I get in shock cause the incident was really small damage and I start moving to know why they declared the car total loss, after small explication I didn’t accept that, and I say that I want to move the car to another auto body to have second opinion (I spend hrs at the phone trying to get the authorization ) after two weeks , I move the car by myself to CSN Cosmos ( previously I visit them and I explain all the situation, I show them the photos and all the information that they need to know ) to not make more long the history they received the car , and in 8 days they call me back that the car is ready , I get surprised cause I didn’t expect so fast , and the best thing it’s the quality of the service ( all the repairs was very good, excellent, ) .. So basically if you have a incident and other auto body wants to says the car it’s total loss, don’t sign any paper and try to get a second opinion with the expert don’t hesitate and visit CSN Cosmos it’s your best option.

I recently had the pleasure of using CSN Cosmos for a repair on my Mazda, which had a dent in the rear right quarter panel. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
