After getting side swiped in our new vehicle (3 weeks off the lot) to say we were worried about trusting the vehicle to a body shop would be an understatement.

After being pointed in the direction of Carstar Burnsland, we reached out and scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle assessed. From the beginning it was clear that they knew what they were doing! The questions they asked made since, they their technician come out and go over everything with us to make sure we knew what was going to happen.

When we picked up the vehicle, it was like new! The work performed was top notch, the pain was matched and blended perfectly, the fit and finish of all the parts matched all other areas of the vehicle.

Would 100% recommend this shop if you find yourself in a fender bender, they will take the stress out of the situation and get your vehicle back you in like new condition!

Greg was very kind, professional and extremely helpful. He helped me get my car in right away for an estimate and explained things in a way I could understand. He got me in quickly on a Fiday afternoon, however was hoping to receive my estimate the same day but I failed to clarify this. He followed up with me the following Monday with the estimate and touched base to ensure I didn't have any questions.

I got to meet the some of the employees working on my Tacoma and they were not hesitant at all to show me my sought-over parts and what needed to be done.
