Amazing customer service all around! Had my car towed into Herbers, insurance claim. Pulled out if the drive, hit ice and slid across the street into the curb. Messed up the front alignment good! Herbers was great! They kept me updated on the repairs. Parts were delayed, at no fault of anyone. Post covid supply chain is slow. But the staff kept me updated. When working on my front alignment, they noticed the rear had some dangerously loose bolts, so they tightened them up. They took care of my main issue and ensured I was safe. Thanks a bunch Herbers!

The staff at Herbers Autobody were amazing, professional and courteous when dealing with me. No one likes to be involved in an automobile accident, but they looked after my SUV repairs in an efficient manner, and it was ready for me when they promised it would be, looking like new. I almost got the impression that they even cleaned out my vehicle before returning it to me. In any event, I definitely recommend Herbers to anyone requiring quality body work for their vehicle. Went to the North side Herbers location in Edmonton AB. I will only go here for repairs on my truck. The people are so friendly, quick and efficient. This is my 2nd time in the shop. Both times rear ended. Both times got a good rental and very fast service. The work done is way above and it’s so nice to pick up a shinny new looking truck. This is the place to go, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the people at Herbers on 125 ave you guys and gals are the BEST. Herbers North in the Edmonton Northeast area provided a professional and fast service for our vehicle. The initial time estimate was 2 days and they completed the repair in only 1 day. If you have car rental coverage, they also provided free pickup and drop off service for the rental car from the autobody shop. Great job!

I’ve used Herbers a few times over the years and have always driven away happy in the fact that my vehicle was repaired to like new condition. The customer service is very good. Brian was amazing with the extra help and answering our questions. The staff made the whole process very easy. They managed everything with the insurance company. I just had to wait for a phone call telling me my car was done. I would absolutely recommend them. I have always been very pleased with my experiences there.

I took my to HERBERS after being side swept. I was meet with very friendly staff, my adjuster help me figure everything out and within an hour I was on my way when I returned to pick up my truck. It was in showroom condition.

Great spot. Repairs were quick and well done, paint job matched perfectly. They cleaned my car out afterwards, topped my tires up, and they walked me through the insurance company process, to include hooking me up with a rental car. I showed up, dropped my car off, and had an Enterprise rep waiting to drive me to my nee rental.

I would 100% take my car back to Herbers for repairs. The technicians and service personal were so transparent and explained everything along the way. They were great with communicating and kept me updated with what was going on with my vehicle. From the time I set up the estimate appointment to repairs being done was a fast turn-around.
