Very happy with the service at Herbers Edmonton West. Affordable and efficient. The front corner panel was damaged when someone hit my parked car. My first pick of the Auto Body shop in mind, it is one of the best in West Edmonton area. Repair work was done satisfactory and on time, the whole process was smooth, staffs were friendly and feel no pressure dealing with them. I am extremely happy with their attitude towards the customers, and this is far more important than anything else, of course the workmanship was impeccable. Nice job done!! Highly recommend. The team at Herber's West was friendly, efficient, capable, and affordable. They fixed my car after a stupid fender-bender and made it look like it never happened, for a very reasonable price! I am so grateful for their awesome customer service, and if I am ever in another accident, they will be my first call!

I selected Herbers West after getting 2 other quotes (Fix Auto and Carstar) and was pretty surprised that Herbers’ quote was at least $500 less than the next lowest quote! Not only that, they had a courtesy car available for a minimal charge which is way better than trying to deal with a car rental. I picked up my vehicle today and am really happy with the job they did! My car came back to me fixed, clean on the outside (wasn’t sure what to expect as I hadn’t had a chance to wash it before I dropped it off) and the service was really great! I highly recommend using Herbers and if I ever have another need (fingers crossed I won’t), I would take my vehicle there in a heartbeat. I’m super happy with the service I received!

After having to deal with a hit & run, I selected Herber's to do the repairs. It felt seamless, effortless on my part. Though I needed to present my vehicle for a pre- fix inspection, then to drop off vehicle and finally to pick up vehicle. I was treated respectfully, communication was clear- they work in partner with enterprise car rental- so you get your loaner ( of course your insurance dictates this) but I never once felt that it was a hassle. I so much liked the experience- as far as these things go- I'd use them again- hands down. And I'll be recommending if asked. Thanks.
