Nathan was who I was dealing with and he made sure I was informed about what was happening, gave me a very accurate timeline estimate, and was incredibly patient and kind through the whole process.
When dropping my car off, I witnessed Nathan having to deal with a disgustingly rude, difficult customer, and the level of professionalism Nathan used to handle that situation was very admirable! I feel like the level of professionalism and kindness Nathan (and the whole team for that matter) displayed is rare for today and I would 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here. I was hoping to pick up my car a bit earlier than the time range they expected and Daniel did everything he could to try to make it work. Although it didn't work out for early pickup, I really appreciated the communication and effort that Daniel provided and would be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future or use them again myself if needed. Another local service could see me 14 days later. Although they couldn’t get my vehicle in for repair for several weeks due to their prior commitments, once my vehicle was in the queue, the work was done 3-4 days sooner than expected. The work done on my car appears seamless. Paint matches in all light situations. Workmanship appears top notch. Customer service was excellent as Daniel picked me up at home and delivered me to my freshly repaired vehicle. Can’t say enough good things about their shop. Read less
