Dropped my car off ahead drop key method left my car as I was away for two weeks.
Returned car is looking great, pick up instructions carried out as I would not be present to retrieve my car at repair centre.
Daniel Rowan parts Coordinator was outstanding and should get a reward for his excellent client care as well.

The whole process was seamless. I dropped my car off, the courtesy car was waiting to take me to the car rental company and when I picked up my car they took care or returning my rental. They were quick on the repair and kept me up to date throughout the process. This was my first accident so I’ve never been through this process before, CSN made it incredibly easy.
