It can be a struggle to find fair, honest and thorough car repair shops that also turn out great results- CSN is all of those. CSN was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were very thorough in the appraisal and explaining the process with my insurance company from start to finish. I’ve never had autobody work done and am not originally from Canada, so it was my first time going through the process. Although they had some of their busiest months they did everything to get me their next available spot to get my vehicle in. The timing worked out that I happened to be out of town when my vehicle was ready and they coordinated with me so I could have a friend pick it up on my behalf. Stacy, the front desk and office manager was amazing and super responsive. The work on the car itself was fantastic as well. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Read less

This is the best shop and consumer service I have ever had! The people , workmanship are top notch. My car looks better than it did before I had it repaired. Attention to detail is outstanding

Had my vehicle repaired here from being rear ended in an accident. Smooth transaction and good communication. Had a rental vehicle ready to go for me and vehicle was even detailed when I picked it up. Great service.

They were amazing. They took care of pretty much every thing for me so that everything would go smoothly. They treated us like family through our it all, and am so happy with the repairs on my car.

Very good service. I had to wait awhile for them to get the parts but it was worth it. I'm so glad to have my vehicle back!
