And they did not fail to disappoint! They were able to do both estimates (I had 2 separate claims) pretty quickly, and the customer service was excellent. It took about 6 weeks to get in for the actual repairs. But they dealt with the rental company, so really no work for me. They were very clear about what to do for the appointment, and so there were no surprises! And the work they did was AMAZING!! They cleaned my car thoroughly as well - a huge bonus!
