I had an original insurance claim after a truck rear-ended me on the Ambassador bridge. Rob and the team took excellent care of me and returned my car to it's original state, which wouldn't have seemed possible when I dropped the car off. Fast forward a couple of years and up pops an issue with the paint in the same area. While this may not have had (probably didn't) anything to do with the work CSN did originally, Rob didn't hesitate to make the situation right. The repairs done were excellent and the car went from a non-drivable state to looking brand new, I was told that they even brought the car to the dealership to get the sensor job approved to the manufacturers standards

The receptionist/front staff member, Nicole, was extremely nice and professional to talk to whenever you had a question about the status of your repair; Rob, the owner of the location, was also very friendly to talk to and considerate about any questions and concerns you may have about the job and your vehicle.
