I am very particular about keeping my car in show room condition. I recently had a dent and scrape incident. My neighbour's and insurance provider strongly recommended fine line. I was not disappointed. The body work and paint blending was fantastic. I would say best in class. 5 stars for the work done. In addition 5 stars for the personal touch from Laila and Michelle. They understand how customers feel when they bring their vehicle in. For me it was inconvenience, what kind of job will I get, and cost. Laila understood this and her people skills attention and caring wrnt along way.

I had a very positive experience at CSN Fine Line earlier this year after someone reversed into my car, not once but two times.

Laila at the front desk was fantastic to speak with and kept me informed with updates throughout the extensive repairs to my car. Edwin was also great to deal with. He explained the damages and the entire repair via insurance process to me as I was new to all of this. The customer service I received at CSN well exceeded my expectations.

The work was as discussed but better. Additionally I didn't expect them to vacuum the interior, but they did. They wiped down the interior surfaces eliminating my coffee marks. Add to that the front staff, so lovely and easy to engage with. Thanks H

I popped in frazzled into CSN (thinking it was the former Car-star which I used for body work years ago), after bumping a parked car on a street as I was backing out of a driveway. My very first at fault accident after 43 years. I wanted to get an estimate for my dented bumper to see if I could avoid claiming it on insurance. Laila the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. My corner back bumper was dented in quite a bit and was very obvious. As my car is 14 years old, Bud offered to fix the dent for me at no charge since that issue was quite minor. Luckily, Shawn had time to fix it right then and there as I waited no more then about 10 minutes. I was so happy when I saw it completed. I can totally live with the fine crackled paint at the sight for my aging car that’s hardly noticeable unless you are right up to it. More than half my stress was instantly gone! Now all I only had to worry about was the much newer car I bumped get repaired to that owner’s satisfaction. Accidentally, walking into CSN turned out to be very helpful for me….who would have thought I could get it repaired right then and there and drive it home that same afternoon, Thanks very much to Bud, Shawn and Laila for your wonderful service. I now have a go to place if my vehicle or future vehicle needs body work, especially if something happens suddenly and is a place close to home.

My husband was in a car accident for the very first time after many years of perfect driving record . We had no idea how the process works with the insurance company. Thankful the insurance company recommended CSN Fine Line . Even though It took a long time before our car was finally towed for the repairs to begin .
So thankful for Laila who works at the front desk who is the most helpful , kind and understanding & honestly gave us some great and always available to answer . Also in her absence Michelle kept in touch with us updating us on the progress of repairs completion.
The finished work was excellent high quality with the car detailing .
