CAA recommended CSN Glen-Merritt and, after informing us that it guarantees the work, the decision to go with CSN Glen-Merritt was a given. Our expectations for service and workmanship were not only met but also exceeded from the moment we walked into the clean and bright reception area to the moment we took our clean, shiny car home. They arranged for a car rental for us and made the process very streamlined. There were a couple of minor concerns relating to the windshield washer fluid and the windshield, and this was immediately addressed and corrected with no questions asked.
