After I brought my car in for the appraisal, they were very upfront and kept me in the loop regarding parts and my appointment time. Drop off was very quick and my rental car was ready to go.
The process was quicker than anticipated, car was returned washed and cleaned inside and the repair was completed perfectly.

I am super satisfied with the repairs to my car at CSN after an accident. The vehicle looks great as if nothing ever happened to it. The part of the experience that impressed me the most was the superb Customer Service. The whole Team was understanding and a pleasure to deal with from day one, after having a sad experience with the car and kept me updated every few days trough SMS with key details about the progress of the repairs. The car was ready when promised, fully detailed in and out. I strongly recommend CSN.

My car was rear ended by someone while it was parked and the car sustained structural damage to the extent that most of the rear quarter panel was pushed in. My insurance booked CSN for the repairs and the day i took my car for the estimate was when i immediately knew that my car was going in right hands. A month later, when i picked up my car yesterday, i could confidently say that these guys are no less than Magicians. I couldn’t even tell if the car had been involved in an accident. Plus my car was fully detailed before delivery. Dean and his team are angels and i wish them the best.

They first ordered the parts, then setup an appointment to bring my car in, arranged for a rental car and repaired the car which now looks like new. Properly explained the repairs to me upon hand over. The repairs come with a lifetime warranty.

My second experience trusting CSN heartland and they of course did an amazing job. I couldn’t even tell where the damaged was when I got it and they left everything spotless. Great communication with my insurance company and myself with updates on parts and installation. Mary was great, she was able to explain the process thoroughly.
