Awesome job! Best colour matching of any auto body repair we've had previously. Our current car is pearl white which seems to be a difficult colour to match since we've had previous repairs done at other places and each time the repair seemed a shade off. But not this time - excellent job! Jeff even pointed out some other issues that were developing that I hadn't noticed. Everyone in their office was welcoming and professional. Definitely would use them again.

Just had some minor repair work done today, and cannot say enough about how great the people were at CSN Jones' West. They were friendly, professional, didn't try to upsell me, and did a great job. I will definitely be recommending CSN Jones' West to family and friends.

Toyota recommended we take our vehicle to CSN after an incident and I'm grateful they did as the experience was as positive as it could be, given the circumstances. Everyone was incredibly kind to us, especially Nicholle who made sure to walk us through all our options and broke everything down. Our vehicle came back looking better than we expected! While I hope to never be in a position again where I need an auto body shop, if I do, I'll be taking it to CSN.

I have had the misfortune of damaging my car twice since I got it and both times Jones' made that awful experience as good as it possibly could be. They are fast and good at what they do. I love how they keep me updated if there are delays with parts coming in or how things are progressing.
Nicole in particular was my point of contact and she is so personable and kind. She is so thoughtful she even called ahead to Enterprise to let them know I was on my way in so they could serve me faster.
We went to Jones' because they were recommended by our dealership and we are so glad they did!

I must say as much as insurance claims are a nightmare to deal with CSN took all of the headache out of it. I got off the phone with my insurance company angry and called CSN and was greated with the friendliest people I have had to deal with. They took care of everything without me having to lift a single finger, and really went above and beyond my needs, and I couldn't be more serious about that.

If you have a claim to deal with I would suggest making this the shop to go to, it's an hour drive for me and I would gladly make the drive here rather than any other close by to me.
