We repaired another one of our vehicles at Jone's Auto Body, and the service was outstanding. Due to a paucity of parts, the repair process this time took more than three months. There were a few misunderstandings with the shop that were resolved. We received detailed answers from Jone's regarding the appropriate time to bring the automobile in for necessary repairs. Considering our challenging beginning, the shop persevere and fixed the vehicle without any issues.

The level of service was excellent, and the repairs had been so well done that you wouldn't even suspect that there was a minor collision.
