Read moreToday I got my first ever flat tire, and by luck I happen to have pulled over on the side of the road next to CarStar. The receptionist must have saw me and rushed out immediately to see what happened and to give me a hand. I knew it was the best of a bad situation to have gotten this flat right next to a body shop - but little did I know just how much better it could get. The guys working there filled up my tire with air just enough for me to wheel over to their shop; where on the spot, they proceeded to change my tire for a spare one they had...FOR FREE. The whole ordeal took no more than 20 minutes, and as quickly I realized I got a flat - I was already out driving about my day.

I felt really humbled by their service and by their refusal to accept my money for this inconvenience. I also realize that they were able to work so quick on the count that they weren't all that busy. This is why I write this review because trust me...They deserve to be busy!

If you have any car problems, you have to come here to get this CarStar team to help you. You can always tell the level of professionalism and integrity of a business by how they treat their customers whom they allow to be serviced and not pay. Now please don't get the wrong idea, that's not to say you should expect the same $0 bill for your visit there. This was just a one-off and I happen to have been the lucky recipient of their hospitality. This review is the least I can do.

On site appraisals are quick and thorough. Tried an online photo appraisal before going but it disappeared into cyber space. Have been here years ago for some repairs and was very happy with everything.
