This was my first time having to deal with anything like this and Sam helped me with everything and made things SO much easier and less stressful. He was my main point of contact with TD, he got everything organized and did up the estimates with/for TD. It was so relieving knowing that things were going to be fixed up right and my car would be brand new again. Rather than having to drop off/pick up my car at the shop and have someone pick me up, he set up my car rental with enterprise (I didn’t do a thing) and had me drop off and pick up my car from there which was so helpful and saved me so much time and efforts as I could just pop over after work.
