CSN Lou’s Auto Body customer service is second to none! Jerry went over and beyond in assisting me with my sons’ insurance claim. It was a very complicated case and even though there was no financial benefit to them they stayed with us until the very end.

I was stranded in BC with no worth while body shops willing to work with my Insurance. I made one call to CSN Lou's and made the 6 hr drive home on my one day off to get my vehicle to them. The service I get there was worth every Km. They fixed it right and in a timely manner, even cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle for me and Arranged to have my rental picked up at their location. I believe in having a place for everything and CSN Lou's is my place for bodywork. Thanks to your whole team for taking the stress away!

Awesome service!!! Jerry, the assistant manager, definitely knows his stuff. Within minutes, he was able to quickly fix my side-view mirror and put it back into place; it looks like new! The Team at Lou’s are amazing. From Dorothy at reception through to Stephen managing the location. The work on my vehicle after hitting a deer through to the after care with any questions I had was impeccable. Stephen was always available to review the progress and even had me bring my vehicle by for a scan when my engine light came on a couple weeks after pickup. The reason had nothing to do with my accident or repair but he said no problem- let’s make sure everything is good. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing their services!
