The Team at Lou’s are amazing. From Dorothy at reception through to Stephen managing the location. The work on my vehicle after hitting a deer through to the after care with any questions I had was impeccable. Stephen was always available to review the progress and even had me bring my vehicle by for a scan when my engine light came on a couple weeks after pickup. The reason had nothing to do with my accident or repair but he said no problem- let’s make sure everything is good. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing their services!

Got rear ended and insurance recommended them, and for good reason. They were fast, hassle free and did an amazing job. Can't even tell there was any damage.
Its always a hit and miss when it comes to body shops but Lou's earned the 5 stars review.

I’ve used other auto body shops before but have been using Lou’s for decades now. Lots of shops can fix your car, what I like about Lou’s is that they also respect your time and make every effort to minimize disruptions to your life.
Repair quality is always top notch. Staff is so kind and has barely turned over in all the years I’ve been going.

Very happy with my experience. Parts took a little while but that’s the way things are right now. The person at the front desk was always gracious and happy to provide updates when I called. My vehicle was perfect and cleaned inside and out when I got it back. The manager was awesome and handled me with respect and care, even when I’m pretty much accused him directly for something I initially thought was shenanigans (I was wrong and glad he could show me). Thank you Lou’s Auto Body for a great experience. The interior cleaning was a great touch and a pleasant surprise.

I was referred to Lou’s by my insurance company. I expected a “regular” repair shop. But they were great! Super clean office/reception (which struck me as really unusual for a mechanic). Free fancy coffee machine. They were super fast, flexible and really polite. Very impressed.

100% would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great people to deal with. I required body work, hail damage, and a windshield replacement - my truck looks like new. Jerry is a rockstar and I will return and recommend for all future work needed.

My Repair coordinators daughter was in Calgary for a visit with friends when she noticed coolant leking from her jeep. I quickly made a phone call and it was suggested to have the Jeep taken to CSN Lous. I contacted Steven ad advised him of the situation. He was quick to have the Jeep brought in and assessed. As it turns out, the rad needed to be replaced. He ordered a rad In and the next day, he made time to get her jeep in and get it repaired. Steven and his team.were quick and professional, and there are no words I can express for how pleased I was with this timely and professional repair. He pulled out all the stops and got this young woman back on the road. I can not repay Lous for their excellent service, so I will pay it forward. Thank you CSN Lous for the excellent service.
