We've used Maple leaf collision a couple of times. My wife felt really comfortable when getting quotes, and they were competitive with other's. Their work was very well done. We did have one gripe when a service took longer than what was expected, but after leaving a 3/5 review here, they were very quick and generous to make the situation right. They understood my frustration and were apologetic. I would use them again.

I brought my vehicle in for a bumper replacement. The work looks good. They said it would take a day, but if was actually 2 full days. When I asked why it took longer than what had been promised, the gentleman at the counter dismissed my concerns. In the past they have done good work, but customer service was not great this time. So without saying anything this is strictly on the initial job they did for me. First underestimated price by about $150 then I noticed some runs or drips in the paint. Disappointed in the quality of paint but I have a feeling if I had said something they would have fixed it appear to be a very reputable business and counter staff were nice.
Thank you for the response in regards to the issue you may not have my name on file because it was parts I brought in that were new to be painted a different colour for my motorcycle and I take responsibility for not telling you at the time as I was to in a hurry to get my bike back on the road and it has been over a year now so I honestly dont expect any compensation I'm just happy your company responded and acknowledges issues.
