After a minor collision my insurance company recommended a couple of local shops here in Niagara Falls, Maple Leaf being one of them. However due to proximity i had chosen another shop closer to me (BIG MISTAKE). My insurance company had assured me the other shop had my estimate and i just had to wait for them to reach out. I waited over 2 weeks of no contact and during this time compared the reviews of the other shop and those of Maple Leaf, it was at this point i began to realize my mistake. These reviews saved my car. I called my insurance company and requested to deal with Maple Leaf. The very next morning i received a call from Mary at Maple Leaf and she arranged for me to come in that very same day and meet with David the General Manager. I showed up and did not have to wait a single second Mary greeted me with a smile and David came immediately out of his office to meet me and discuss my estimate ( Maple Leaf is a very busy shop due to its high quality work and long standing reputation however they made me feel like i was their only customer.) After discussing the estimate the insurance company had sent Maple Leaf i had apprehensions about the work that would be performed (They wanted to have a majority of my vehicle painted for a minor scrape.) I shared my apprehensions with David as i wanted to protect my factory finish and he came up with a plan right there on the spot. He had me come back the very next week and leave the car so they could first try and buff out and polish the damage to see if that would work prior to painting. Within 1 hour Mary called and told me i was all set (I was in disbelief.) I went back to the shop and to my surprise the car looked better than it did when i bought it in the showroom over a year ago (It brought tears of joy and relief to my eyes.) David came outside to see if i was satisfied with how it turned out and asked me if i liked it better this way haha do I ever. ( The whole team is really like sunshine on a rainy day, Accidents are extremely stressful but with Maple Leaf your repairs don't need to be, they do everything possible to alleviate that stress.) I left there in awe of the whole experience and they even called me back later to make sure i was still happy and I couldn't be any happier with how it turned out and for saving me from the unnecessary painting the insurance wanted done (Keep in mind i was not at fault and the repairs would cost me nothing Maple Leaf took into account that i wanted to preserve my original paint and not what would be more profitable for themselves.) CSN Maple Leaf Collision Centre deserves 6 stars they are the real McCoy save yourself the headaches and deal with them it'll be like your accident never happened.
